Role Overview
As a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or MFT), you will provide mental health support to patients through in-office and telehealth visits. You will collaborate with providers, health coaches, and care navigators to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a behavioral health expert within the office, providing staff training, leading support groups, and connecting patients to resources.
Responsibilities

Provide mental health support via messaging and visits (in-office and telehealth)

Conduct assessments, ongoing treatment, and referrals as needed

Complete timely clinical documentation within the EHR system

Collaborate with CNM/OB-GYN, health coaches, and care navigators to support patient wellness

Serve as the office behavioral health expert: lead staff trainings, support groups, and external referrals

Contribute to a positive, patient-focused care environment
Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) with current Florida licensure

2+ years of experience providing mental health support to a similar patient panel

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications
