Primary Purpose
We are seeking experienced TIG Welders to repair titanium castings in a chamber under argon atmosphere for aerospace applications. Prior experience welding titanium is required.
Key Responsibilities

Perform precision TIG welding in chamber on titanium aerospace castings

Use calipers, profile templates, and other measuring tools for accurate repair

Collaborate with team on rework plans to meet specifications

Grind tungsten and prepare castings for welding

Load/unload castings in chamber and maintain clean workspace

Follow strict aerospace welding procedures and safety standards
Qualifications

1–2+ years TIG welding experience (titanium welding required)

Completion of a welding program or equivalent hands-on experience

Ability to pass weld test within 4–6 weeks of hire

High school diploma or GED (relevant experience considered if no diploma)

Solid job history (minimum 1+ year with recent employer)

Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, push, and pull castings

Strong math and measurement tool skills

Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable attendance

Must pass annual eye exam, background check, and drug screening

Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under U.S. law)
Work Environment & Schedule

Manufacturing setting with some exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature changes

Weekend Day Shift (Fri–Sun, +$1.25/hr differential)

Swing Shift (Mon–Thu, +$1.00/hr differential)
