Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with E-commerce Strategy teams to support strategic research, resource management, and target setting, contributing to business growth in the US and other regions.

  • Plan, monitor, analyze, and optimize business performance by curating datasets, building dashboards, conducting exploratory analyses, and applying statistical modeling techniques.

  • Suggest innovative solutions for competitor analysis, supply efficiency, product diversity, and customer purchase behavior to enhance strategies and drive results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or data science, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Proficiency in tools for data and statistical analysis, such as Spark/Hive SQL, Python, and/or R, along with strong analytical and reporting skills. Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver impactful results. Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or internet companies is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Transparency:

  • The annual base salary for this role in the selected city ranges from $101,080 to $168,888, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
