TikTok Shop is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing team. In this role, you’ll design and build tools and APIs that connect creators, merchants, and consumers through performance-driven partnerships. You’ll work directly with publishers, affiliate networks, and influencer marketing apps to enable seamless integrations, drive sales, and help creators monetize their content.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical building and creative influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze market insights to track e-commerce and affiliate trends.

Partner with publishers, creators, blogs, coupon & deal sites, loyalty platforms, and apps to ensure their success on TikTok Shop.

Dive into data and operations to optimize affiliate program participation.

Own the design and development of APIs powering TikTok Shop’s affiliate platform.

Collaborate across product, operations, and partnership teams to drive adoption and growth.
Qualifications
Minimum:

5+ years of product management experience.

Proficiency in API design and development.

Comfort with SQL and data analysis.

Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (or equivalent).

Understanding of eCommerce, influencer marketing, and affiliate ecosystems.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $141,588 – $234,080 annually (Seattle).
