The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Trade Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities across the UK & Nordic markets for Sennheiser’s Pro Audio division (including Neumann). You’ll support channel partners, rental firms, and distributors through strategy, events, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives—translating marketing into measurable demand.

You’ll work closely with the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager, sales teams, and external vendors to increase visibility and sales for our Pro Audio portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with business goals

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and growth opportunity analysis

  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing actions to regional revenue targets

Campaigns & Execution

  • Drive events, tradeshows, and B2B demand generation campaigns

  • Manage MDF/COOP marketing fund planning with key resellers

  • Execute retail, digital, and e-commerce push/pull channel tactics

Sales & Channel Support

  • Collaborate with sales to build customer-centric programs

  • Provide marketing collateral, insights, and event support for reseller campaigns

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives to support channel activation

Vendor Management & Reporting

  • Oversee agencies, event partners, and booth contractors

  • Track budgets and KPIs via BI/CRM systems

  • Ensure accurate invoice handling and budget forecasting with finance

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or Advertising

  • 3+ years of trade/channel marketing (audio, electronics, tech preferred)

  • Deep understanding of retail and digital channel marketing

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Fluent in English (Nordic language is a plus)

  • Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and results-driven thinker

  • CRM/BI/marketing automation knowledge

  • Experience managing COOP/MDF and executing events/tradeshows
