You’ll be the welcoming face of our store, helping customers feel confident and comfortable while supporting our optometrists and technicians in delivering an outstanding customer experience. We’ll provide full training and opportunities to grow your career within Specsavers, whether in clinical, retail, or management roles.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

Book appointments and manage the diary

Pre-screen patients ahead of their eye tests

Offer style advice and help customers choose frames

Measure and adjust frames for fit and comfort

Answer telephone queries professionally
