Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

Develop, update, and deliver training materials to support role-specific skills and company-wide standards.

Ensure new hires understand workplace culture, values, and management expectations.

Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their transition.

Collaborate with HR and management to continuously improve onboarding programs and employee engagement.
Qualifications

Prior experience in onboarding, training, or HR support preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with digital communication and training tools.
