Founded in 2017, Arkansas Provider Coalition (APC) partners with Summit Community Care and Arkansas Medicaid to deliver person-centered care coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health conditions. Position Summary:
The Training Coordinator will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to support APC’s workforce. This includes delivering virtual and in-person trainings, developing learning materials, coaching team members, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and compliance. The position also supports leadership development and cross-departmental training needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead New Hire Orientation (NEO) and internal training programs.

Deliver presentations using multiple formats (in-person and virtual).

Support APC’s Leadership Academy to grow internal talent.

Facilitate focus groups and collaborate with leadership on training strategy.

Evaluate training effectiveness and tailor content to audience needs.

Create detailed training materials and performance reports.

Ensure training aligns with all regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Maintain a secure and reliable home office setup.

Travel as needed for training activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Minimum: Completion of 2 years of college coursework (preferably in business administration or related field).
Experience:
-
Required: 2 years of training experience.

Preferred: 3–5 years in corporate training, instructional design, or similar roles—especially within managed care or Arkansas PASSE. LMS experience is a plus.
Skills:
