BOXT, a pioneering installation and home services company backed by Brookfield and part of the HomeServe Group, is looking for a proactive and experienced Transaction Team Leader to join our Leeds office.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role is vital in overseeing our accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the performance of a small finance team. You’ll play a key part in improving processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting broader finance and management reporting goals.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

  • Post customer receipts, including finance company transactions

  • Generate reports to support receipt claims and partner rebates

  • Handle queries and exceptions, resolving discrepancies

  • Process supplier rebates and provide supporting documentation as needed

  • Contribute to cashflow forecasting for incoming payments

Accounts Payable

  • Accurately post supplier invoices and resolve queries

  • Reconcile supplier balances in NetSuite

  • Prepare supplier payment runs for approval

  • Manage remittance advice distribution

  • Enhance NetSuite processes to boost team efficiency

  • Support cashflow forecasting for outgoing payments

Team Management

  • Manage and develop a small finance team

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in systems and processes

  • Collaborate with credit control and management accounts teams

  • Align processes with purchase invoicing and credit control activities

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a small finance team

  • Strong Excel skills and data management capability

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP system (preferred)
