Key Responsibilities of a Transport Administrator – Nights
Transport Administrator – Nights: Your Main Duties

Monitor daily transport operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Manage driver compliance and fleet safety, ensuring vehicles meet legal standards.

Oversee driver performance and support improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with other Lineage depots and delivery points.

Assign fleet and drivers using our transport planning systems.

De-brief drivers on trip performance and delivery issues.

Manage returns including temperature rejections, damages, and wrong product deliveries.

Generate Goods Return Notifications (GRRs) for delivery discrepancies.

Handle vehicle and trailer breakdowns swiftly and effectively.

Support stock allocation and invoicing processes.

Maintain organized records through scanning and filing.

Deliver daily activity and departure management reports.
Essential Skills for a Transport Administrator – Nights

Previous experience in transport or logistics roles.
