Main Responsibilities of the Transport & Logistics Officer
Transport & Logistics Officer Duties:

Drive assigned vehicles safely, adhering to company policies and statutory regulations.

Ensure the welfare of passengers, particularly dependent children, is maintained during transportation.

Transport bulky items like furniture, appliances, and waste, following company guidelines.

Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure the safe operation of vehicles during transit.

Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Additional Features of the Transport & Logistics Officer Role
Role Flexibility and Requirements:

Must be flexible and able to work out-of-hours, including bank holidays and overtime.

Required to complete routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are in full working condition.

The position involves regular travel and may require visits to multiple sites within the region.
