What You’ll Be Doing as a Transport Operator
In your role as a Transport Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Managing proof of deliveries (PODs), including scanning and uploading

Tracking and resolving missing PODs and returned deliveries

Daily briefing and debriefing of drivers

Processing paperwork such as invoices and delivery notes

Managing inbound/outbound communications with drivers and subcontractors

Providing customer-focused service with high accuracy

Using IT systems and performing general administrative duties
Skills & Experience Needed for a Transport Operator
To succeed as a Transport Operator, you should bring:

Prior experience in a transport or logistics operation (preferred)

Strong data entry and administrative background (essential)

Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills, especially Excel

Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

Great communication skills with both internal and external teams
