Cummins is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Administrator to join our Logistics team in Daventry, United Kingdom. As a Transportation Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating shipments, managing data, and ensuring customs compliance. You will work rotational shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, helping maintain smooth transport operations during all active hours.

Coordinating transport bookings with external freight forwarders

Communicating effectively with Customer Services and stakeholders

Ensuring timely engine shipments to maintain supply chain flow

Raising customs requests accurately to ensure compliance

Following up on customer documentation to improve service quality

Supporting the team environment and promoting collaboration

Managing data using Excel for inventory and training records

Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards
