Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment. The candidate will begin their tenure in India and later transition to Qatar, working under the Treasury Manager. The role involves managing liquidity, cash flow forecasting, bank interactions, and supporting compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute standard treasury processes and manage liquidity and cash flow for operational entities.
- Interact with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Project teams) and external stakeholders, including banks.
- Prepare treasury forecasts, including long-term and short-term cash flow reports.
- Coordinate and report on Group Cash and Debt scenarios and analyze data consistency.
- Review FX exposure and collaborate with financial controllers for operations.
- Calculate interest scales based on internal accounts.
- Perform daily cash balance reconciliations and provide analysis for CFO reports.
- Coordinate Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Parent Company Guarantees (PCGs) with procurement teams.
- Ensure quality outputs, given the large financial amounts handled.
- Manage daily bank account receipts and address errors in Treasury Management Systems.
- Support bank compliance requests and share necessary details within the group.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Treasury.
- Experience: 5–8 years in Treasury, with knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Treasury tools such as Diapason (TMS), Hyperion GTR (cash reporting), and e-banking platforms is a plus.
