Role Overview
As a Treasury Payment Strategy Supervisor, you will lead payment analytics, support decision-making, and develop tools that enhance UPS’s global financial processes. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, leveraging SQL and visualization platforms to deliver clear insights. You’ll also guide junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through KPIs and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities

Develop SQL code, Excel templates, and Power BI dashboards to support payment analytics

Design and track financial performance metrics for Payment Strategy initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis on financial variances and identify business opportunities

Present data insights using compelling visual storytelling for senior leadership

Analyze market, competitor, and product data to support strategic decisions

Evaluate proposals and ensure alignment with key financial benchmarks

Lead and mentor a team of specialists

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather project requirements and drive results
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent)

Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)

Proficiency in SQL

Understanding of advanced analytics and visualization tools (Power BI)

Strong presentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications

Background in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or MIS

Knowledge of accounting principles and database design

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Experience managing or mentoring analytical teams
