We are seeking a proactive and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our dynamic team. As a TCO, you’ll guide patients through their entire treatment journey—from initial enquiry to completion—ensuring a seamless, reassuring, and five-star experience.

This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment, is passionate about cosmetic and general dentistry, and has a strong background in customer care and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Engagement:
    Respond to patient enquiries and provide warm, informative first contact via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Free Consultations:
    Conduct non-clinical consultations, answer questions about treatment options, and provide general guidance and reassurance.

  • Appointment Coordination:
    Schedule clinical assessments with relevant dental professionals and ensure patient attendance.

  • Journey Management:
    Manage each patient’s progress through a CRM system, ensuring timely updates and outstanding communication throughout.

  • Finance Support:
    Guide patients through finance applications, handle payments, and explain cost plans with clarity and transparency.

  • Dentist Liaison:
    Work closely with clinicians to ensure accurate treatment planning and patient updates.

  • Social Media Management:
    Create engaging content for daily posts across clinic social media accounts to support visibility and brand voice.

  • Meetings & Communication:
    Participate in regular team meetings to review patient care, clinic performance, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year working in a dental practice (required)

  • Certification:
    GDC registration/license (required)

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Confidence in discussing cosmetic treatments and finance options

    • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple patient journeys

    • Social media literacy and creativity

    • Positive attitude and passion for exceptional patient care
