This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in either the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide direction for all hospital departments, creating a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.

  • Manage the hospital’s budget and financial resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Create and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality.

  • Act as a liaison between the hospital board, medical staff, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership position.

  • Proven success in managing complex healthcare operations.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Proficiency in speaking, writing, and communicating in English.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.

  • The role involves sitting and standing for extended periods.
