Are you a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking to build a long-term career in logistics without needing a CDL? Rexel USA is hiring a Branch Driver (Truck Driver I) at our Butte, MT location. In this role, you’ll ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of electrical products to customers and company locations.
What You’ll Do

Deliver products using a delivery van or box truck (non-CDL)

Load/unload materials and ensure accuracy and condition of items

Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws and company policies

Conduct vehicle inspections and daily maintenance reports

Maintain cleanliness and service requirements of the vehicle

Handle delivery documentation including signed receipts, packing lists, and manifests

Pick up returns and supplier materials while inspecting for quality and quantity

Assist with warehouse duties as needed (receiving, stocking, staging, etc.)
What You’ll Need
-
Valid driver’s license
-
At least 21 years of age
-
No at-fault accidents or license suspensions in the last 3 years

Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Medical certification (as required by law) within 60 days of hire

Willingness to complete company driver training if no prior experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Familiarity with DOT and local transportation laws

Ability to handle loads up to 26,000 GVW

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities
-
Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when needed

Willingness to follow assigned routes and schedules
Working Conditions

Travel: Frequently (over 50%) to offsite customer and supplier locations

Environment: Occasionally exposed to unpleasant physical conditions or electrical hazards

Physical Activity: Frequent sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, stooping, and operating warehouse equipment
