About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Manager to design and implement strategic learning solutions for our U.S. business lines. This role partners with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to create impactful development programs aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute learning strategies that support business goals.
  • Leverage HR data to identify trends and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  • Manage and deliver training programs, ensuring alignment with global learning standards.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including talent development and coaching.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements in all learning initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a certification in adult learning is an asset.
  • Experience: Proven track record in corporate learning, instructional design, and talent development.
  • Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Assets: Business acumen, retail experience, and familiarity with instructional design.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid (2-3 days in the New York office preferred).
  • Some non-standard hours and limited travel may be required.
