About the Role: Associate – Outsourcing (Start Date: September 2025)

As an Associate in our Outsourcing team, you’ll provide dedicated accounting support to UK clients, from start-ups to established SMEs. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, management accounts preparation, account reconciliation, VAT returns, payroll processing, bank payments, and liaison with the wider accounts team. You’ll also handle client queries and interact directly with HMRC.

This role is ideal for those seeking to pursue a professional qualification while gaining relevant experience within a leading London practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong numerical and analytical abilities.

You will complete the AAT Levels 3 & 4 and may have the opportunity to progress to the ACCA/ACA qualification.

Academic Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • On track to achieve (or have achieved) a minimum of 112 UCAS points (or 300 for those who studied before 2017).
  • Please note: This role is not suitable for undergraduate degree holders.
