What You Will Do
As a Caregiver with TheKey, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our clients’ customized care plans to life—addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. With dignity and dedication, you’ll provide day-to-day support that truly improves lives.
Your Responsibilities Include:

Delivering exceptional, compassionate care in clients’ homes

Following personalized weekly care plans and schedules
-
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, meal prep, feeding, and light housekeeping
-
Offering meaningful companionship and emotional support

Ensuring safety and comfort while promoting engagement and quality of life

Providing transportation to appointments when needed

Documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in the client’s health or behavior
Qualifications
Required:

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
-
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
-
Negative TB test within 90 days of hire

Reliable transportation to and from assignments

Basic computer/technology skills
Preferred:

HCA/PER ID (we can assist you in obtaining this if needed)

Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia
