We are seeking a People Manager to join our team and support the Human Resources function for our Dallas location. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across both our hardware and software business units to align HR strategies with business goals, drive employee engagement, and support organizational effectiveness. You will also play a key role in talent development, compliance, employee relations, and change management initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding and improve the candidate experience.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, People and requires an onsite presence at our Dallas office (14901 Quorum Dr) five days a week.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Support:
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, and HR documentation. -
Compliance & Audits:
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Conduct audits, develop corrective action plans, and address noncompliance issues. -
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns. Monitor team morale and workplace culture. Facilitate resolutions, provide coaching, and escalate issues as needed. -
Data Management & Reporting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze HR-related data. Generate reports, identify trends, and deliver insights to support strategic decisions. Maintain data security and confidentiality. -
Training & Development:
Design and deliver HR training programs. Support leadership with talent development, performance management, and succession planning efforts. -
Project & Program Management:
Manage HR initiatives and timelines. Track project progress, report status updates, and follow up on key deliverables. Drive improvements to HR systems and workflows. -
Team Leadership:
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning. Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience

4+ years of HR experience in lieu of a degree
