Job Overview: Staff Pharmacist – Sam’s Club, Butler, PA

Position Summary:
As a Staff Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to our members. You’ll accurately process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide expert guidance on medications and overall health needs—all while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care by dispensing prescriptions and providing immunizations

  • Offer professional health and medication counseling

  • Maintain compliance with legal and company standards

  • Handle confidential information and controlled substances securely

  • Lead and support associates in delivering exceptional member service

  • Promote a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, or FPGEC certification

    • Active Pharmacy license (by start date)

    • ACPE-accredited immunization training (e.g., APhA or equivalent)

  • Preferred:

    • Additional experience or certifications in pharmacy practice
