Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Dispense prescriptions with accuracy and care; administer immunizations; provide personalized consultations regarding medications, side effects, and overall health management.

Customer Service Leadership: Model and promote exceptional member service; guide associates on service standards and support resolution of member concerns in alignment with company policies.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies; monitor safety practices, loss prevention measures, and quality assurance protocols; lead initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Information Management: Maintain all confidential records, documentation, and controlled substances in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage Range: $47.12 – $82.69

Additional premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on scheduling, responsibilities, or seasonal needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent FPGEC certification from NABP.

Active pharmacy license in the state of Texas by the start date.

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or equivalent).
