What You’ll Be Doing

Clean, prepare, and valet vehicles to meet premium quality standards

Welcome and assist customers with a smooth handover and return experience

Coordinate vehicle movements between branches with efficient delivery and collection

Inspect vehicles for damage, complete reports, and manage the documentation

Discuss and confirm damage reports with customers and escalate to the Branch Manager if needed

Support branch operations by fueling cars and representing the SIXT brand with professionalism
What We’re Looking For

A valid UK driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience

Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Attention to detail in inspecting and handling vehicle documents

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a busy environment

Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
