Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team while driving business success. You’ll champion Vans’ vision and values, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, maintaining optimal staffing, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment. Your role includes maximizing store profitability by managing expenses, protecting assets, and upholding high standards in merchandising, operations, and community involvement.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $28.52 – $42.78

Incentives: Eligible for additional compensation, including sales incentives and annual bonuses.
