Role Overview
TTEC Digital is seeking a full-time CX Sales Executive to join our team in the Washington DC–Baltimore area, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge customer experience (CX) orchestration solutions to prospective clients.
You will play a key role in the full sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by selling CX-focused solutions, including Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and CRM technologies.

Identify prospective clients, build pipelines, and deliver compelling solution presentations.

Lead contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company goals.

Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across target organizations.

Maintain an expert understanding of industry trends and customer experience best practices.
Qualifications

Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the public sector or technology/CX industry.

Direct experience selling CCaaS, CRM, AI, or related customer experience solutions.

Deep understanding of CX strategy, tools, and evolving market trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to engage with and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Compensation

Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

This role includes participation in a sales incentive plan, offering additional earning potential based on performance.
