Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the development and optimization of customer service processes and workflows.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of the customer operations team.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing customer operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure a consistent and integrated customer journey.
- Provide insights and recommendations to influence product development and service offerings.
Technology and Tools:
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance customer engagement and support efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of CRM systems and other customer-related platforms.
- Customer Advocacy:
