Responsibilities

Lesson Planning: Develop engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans.

Technology Integration: Use digital tools to differentiate instruction and engage students.

Live Instruction: Teach synchronously during regular school hours (minimum 4 hours/day).

Assessment & Feedback: Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.

Student Support: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Representation: Positively represent the Proximity Learning mission in all interactions.
