About the Role
MedSpecialized, Inc. is hiring Remote Virtual Medical Assistants to support U.S. healthcare clinics. You will handle both inbound and outbound patient communications, manage EMR notes, and collaborate with providers and team members through calls and online chat. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to additional healthcare tasks such as referral management, prior authorizations, medical records, and prescription coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic inquiries.

Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and wellness checks.

Record EMR notes on calls, keeping providers and onsite staff updated.

Communicate with teammates via Google Chat and DRC channels.
Requirements

At least college level education.
-
6+ months of BPO Healthcare account experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

Typing speed: 25 WPM or faster.

Strong computer literacy (Gmail, Google Sheets).

Stable internet connection (at least 100 Mbps) and conducive work environment at home.

Physically fit for BPO work.

Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Must reside outside Cebu Province.
Compensation & Bonuses

Monthly salary: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000.

New hire bonus: ₱5,000.

Attendance bonus: ₱2,000.
