Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements
Experience:

3+ years of clinical experience in adult primary care required.

Preferred: background in family medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and inpatient/outpatient care.
Education & Licensure (Nurse Practitioner):

Master’s in Nursing from accredited program.

Active WI RN license or NLC compact license.

Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber certification.

ANCC, AANP, or NCC board certification.

DEA, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility.
