Exciting Opportunity: (Part-Time) Visa Administrator – Hybrid Role
Are you an experienced (Part-Time) Visa Administrator looking for a flexible, hybrid role? Join a global engineering and construction company, working 3 days in their modern central London office and 2 days from home. This newly created role offers flexible hours (10:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) with a pro-rata salary of £30,000. As a (Part-Time) Visa Administrator, you’ll support pre-employment onboarding, visa applications, sponsorships, and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities of a (Part-Time) Visa Administrator

Managing UK visa and immigration onboarding requirements

Tracking applications and ensuring compliance

Supporting visa sponsorships and payment processes

Running team meetings and coordinating documentation
Additional Recruitment Support

Posting job adverts and monitoring approvals

Assisting with staff recruitment and offer paperwork

Updating the in-house system (MyHR)

Providing reports to the Recruitment Lead

Aligning People and Culture efforts with business goals
