Position Overview
The Vice President, Corporate Controller will lead and scale Netwrix’s global accounting function. This role is central to developing people, processes, and technology to ensure accurate data for management decisions, compliance, and reporting.
You’ll bring extensive experience in fast-growing software environments, a strong background in public and private accounting, and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic, global setting.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Serve as the company’s technical accounting expert and key business partner across departments.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and consolidated financial reporting under GAAP.

Oversee annual audits, quarterly reviews, and covenant compliance.

Build scalable accounting processes and controls to support market and product expansion.

Ensure compliance with global regulatory and company standards.

Partner with FP&A and M&A teams on strategic transactions and integrations.

Drive ERP (NetSuite) and systems automation improvements.

Manage external providers for payroll, tax, valuation, and statutory accounting.
Qualifications

10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

Proven success in software revenue recognition for SaaS and on-premises models.

CPA certification required.

Strong GAAP expertise and experience with Big 4 or national public accounting firms.

Track record in scaling accounting functions for high-growth companies.

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Experience with NetSuite, Rippling, and Salesforce.
