About the Role
The Vice President, Corporate FP&A will be a senior leader on the finance team, responsible for driving financial planning, strategy, and analysis across the enterprise. This highly visible role requires a proven finance leader with SaaS expertise to build scalable processes, provide decision-making insights, and enable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reporting.

Partner with SVP FP&A, CFO, and executives on strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Drive financial operating model: bookings, revenue, ARR, cash flow, profitability.

Provide analysis on SaaS KPIs, operational efficiency, and market trends.

Build and scale a strategic finance team to strengthen decision support.

Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles aligned with strategy.

Prepare high-quality monthly/quarterly reporting materials for executives and board.

Mentor and develop a small team, fostering accountability and excellence.

Enhance processes with FP&A systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Workday, Tableau, Power BI).

Support corporate development, M&A due diligence, and post-deal integration.
Qualifications
-
15+ years of progressive finance experience; 7+ years in FP&A leadership.

Strong SaaS/enterprise software background, with recurring revenue models.

Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to build models, extract insights, and advise executives.

Experience scaling FP&A in high-growth environments.

Advanced skills in automation, forecasting, and executive storytelling.

Familiarity with capital markets, valuation, and investor reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills

Experience with planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite).

Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI).
