Facility Care Division Manager

Responsibilities:

🔹 Leadership & Operations:

  • Oversee all Facility Care Division activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.

  • Plan manpower and equipment needs for short- and long-term success.

  • Assign project teams, setting budgets, scopes, and schedules to meet client expectations.

🔹 Project Estimation & Client Relations:

  • Accurately estimate new projects and discuss opportunities with clients.

  • Create purchase orders and manage material scheduling.

🔹 Project & Team Coordination:

  • Schedule and oversee projects to ensure timely, budget-friendly completion.

  • Utilize project management software (Aspire) for tracking, budgeting, and coordination.

🔹 Performance & Safety Oversight:

  • Uphold high productivity, safety, and quality standards across projects.

  • Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe, clean work environment.

🔹 Team Development:

  • Train and mentor Crew Leaders and laborers on equipment, job techniques, and safety.

  • Assess team performance and implement improvement strategies.

🔹 Communication & Quality Control:

  • Maintain clear communication with Crew Leaders and management.

  • Ensure all work meets PGA’s highest quality standards and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

✔ Reliable transportation
✔ 5+ years of industry experience
✔ Strong work ethic & teamwork skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to work in all weather conditions & perform physical tasks

Preferred Skills:

✅ Landscaping or horticulture certifications (e.g., CLP, CLT)
✅ Experience in sustainable landscaping practices
✅ Knowledge of local industry regulations & standards
