About the Role
Join the dynamic team at ALTA, a bold new restaurant inspired by the fiery grills of Asador kitchens and the vibrant energy of San Sebastián’s Basque bars. With Head Chef Rob Roy Cameron (ex-elBulli & Rodero) at the helm, ALTA brings world-class culinary innovation to Soho.
As a Waiter, you will deliver outstanding service, guide guests through our unique menu, and play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service

Offer expert knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and Basque cuisine

Ensure smooth coordination with bar and kitchen teams

Handle guest requests and feedback professionally

Support a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in a busy, high-end restaurant

Passion for hospitality and Basque-style dining

Warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Flexibility, reliability, and a team-first mindset

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities

Food and wine knowledge is a plus
