Job Overview:
Walmart in Farmingdale NY (USA) is hiring Online Orderfillers & Delivery Associates to support our high-demand online shopping experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll shop for customers’ orders, carefully selecting items, and providing a positive pickup experience. You’ll work in various departments, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday rushes.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay & Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $16.00 – $26.00 (based on experience and schedule)

Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses

Premium Pay: $0.35 to $3.00/hour for qualifying shifts or tasks
