    We are seeking an outstanding Warehouse Lead to help us execute our operational goals effectively.

    As a Warehouse Lead, you will be an integral part of a motivated and dedicated team, ensuring that stock levels are properly maintained within designated minimum and maximum limits. You will oversee warehouse staff, fostering a safe, accountable, and efficient work environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate shipments to and from job sites.
    • Verify shipment counts and pricing accuracy.
    • Manage and maintain the computerized purchase order system.
    • Assist technicians by researching products and materials.
    • Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections.
    • Establish individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory-related roles.
    • Monitor staff performance to ensure accuracy and safety targets are met.
    • Demonstrate to employees how their contributions impact the company’s success.
    • Communicate effectively, provide recognition, and build strong relationships with team members.
    • Foster employee engagement and cultivate a transparent, supportive work environment.
    • Develop and manage the annual budget while controlling expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
    • Uphold company values by promoting ethics and integrity.

    • 2-5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in operations.
