Position: Delivery & Warehouse Associate
Salary Range: $41,000–$50,000 annually (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to project sites across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho using various non-CDL vehicles.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Identify ways to improve delivery processes.
- Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Perform routine maintenance on small engines and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and track tools and supplies.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain good standing with Hoffman’s authorized driver program.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a warehouse or equipment yard required; delivery experience preferred.
- Forklift, aerial lift, and rigging signaling certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain).
- Basic computer skills preferred (Microsoft Office 365).
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
