Role Overview:
Zimmer Biomet, a global leader in medical technology for nearly 100 years, is seeking a Warehouse Driver to support hospitals by transporting medical devices, instrumentation, and implants from local warehouses to healthcare facilities. This role ensures accurate, timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care. Drivers also assist warehouse personnel and perform office support tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Pack, load, unload, and deliver medical instrumentation and implants to hospitals for scheduled surgeries.

Drop off instruments to sterile and holding areas; pick up post-use items, verifying instrument completeness.

Move instrument trays and implants between facilities and ensure correct labeling and counts.

Communicate ETA to dispatch and management; report issues impacting surgery schedules.

Operate full-size company-owned van safely, maintaining cleanliness and performing basic maintenance checks.

Assist warehouse staff with inventory management, scanning, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Utilize smartphone for route tracking, verifying checkpoints, and completing daily tasks.

Follow safety regulations, hospital protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Prior logistics or professional driving experience preferred

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently

Strong organizational and time management skills
