Based at Pacifica Group’s Distribution Warehouse in Washington, you’ll support the day-to-day ecommerce operations for spare parts, ensuring smooth order processing, customer communication, and high-quality product listings. As a Warehouse Ecommerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in product photography, dispatch, and inventory control within a growing, supportive business.
Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Ecommerce Assistant
Main Duties Include:

Photograph individual spare parts, capturing clear, high-quality images

Label and catalogue images with accurate product details and SKU numbers

Manage product photos ready for online upload

Monitor and respond to customer emails within 24 hours

Oversee dispatch and returns of parts sold online

Ensure compliance with site Health & Safety procedures

Support management with additional tasks as required
Experience & Skills Required for a Warehouse Ecommerce Assistant
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Ecommerce experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence using Excel and Word

Effective communication skills, written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
