Job Summary
Audits warehouse folders for accuracy and closes out orders in the system. Completes other warehouse clerical duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.

Review dates to ensure they meet the guidelines of the receiving country.

Review photos/folders of shipment information and seek management approval before loading.

Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
-
Communicate with market managers on product issues.

Generate daily reports on all items requiring approval.

Generate fees on folders.
-
Perform clerical duties: answering phones, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
Qualifications
Education
-
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
-
1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
Skills
-
Ability to operate a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).

AS400 experience preferred.
-
Ability to work in both ambient and freezer temperatures.

Ability to read and speak English.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Flexibility to handle workloads that vary significantly.
-
Willingness to work long hours and shifts with varying start and end times.
