About the Role
As a Warehouse Clerk at ABB, you will handle all activities related to the movement of parts, semi-finished, and final products in the warehouse. This role requires accuracy, organization, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Transportation Management, Outbound Leadership, and carriers for timely delivery and inbound freight appointments.

Perform systematic trailer arrival and departure procedures.

Prepare necessary documentation and arrange carrier pickups.

Monitor in-transit reports and error logs, while supporting customer service representatives with order status updates.

Manage documentation for purchase orders and bills of lading.

Serve as primary backup to the receiving clerk and support other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.

Strong multitasking, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Team-oriented and detail-focused.

Flexible for different shifts, with willingness to work overtime on short notice.
