Rexel UK is seeking a Warehouse Person to join our dynamic team at the Bristol Kingsland Hub. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00) involves managing stock, processing goods in, order picking, and assisting with deliveries. If you have prior warehouse experience and strong inventory management skills, this is an excellent opportunity to work with the UK’s leading electrical distributor.
As a Warehouse Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and organizing stock, performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched correctly. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Person
Stock & Inventory Management
- Accurately receive and process incoming goods.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Maintain stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
Warehouse Operations & Logistics
- Assist in loading delivery vehicles and ensuring correct dispatch.
- Follow health, safety, and warehouse best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to maintain efficiency.
Order Fulfillment & Quality Control
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Report stock discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
What We’re Looking for in a Warehouse Person
- Minimum 3 months of warehouse or stores experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and organized approach to tasks.
