Salary: £25,396.80 per year

Silver X Group, a leading independent logistics company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Service Administrator to join our dynamic warehouse services team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring smooth customer communication, and supporting warehouse operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming ASNs and outgoing customer orders accurately.
• Maintain precise stock records, ensuring clear audit trails.
• Prioritize daily warehouse tasks to meet service level agreements.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with offsite storage providers and internal teams.
• Manage invoice processing, purchase orders (via Planergy), and discrepancy resolution.
• Support cycle counts, stock checks, and enhance stock accuracy.
• Handle exception management and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Generate and distribute KPI and discrepancy reports as needed.
• Ensure warehouse administration aligns with other business functions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems with a willingness to learn new software.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
