Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor, in partnership with the Warehouse Manager, oversees warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, coordination, and dispatch of goods. This role is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, and evaluating team members while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and product loss controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff.
- Monitor productivity, optimize workflows, and maintain inventory levels.
- Allocate storage space and enforce stock rotation.
- Uphold safety standards and compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree with 3+ years of related experience (including 1+ year of supervisory experience) OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience (including 2+ years in a supervisory role).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
