The Opportunity

This role is the final step before leading your own site. You will gain hands-on experience managing daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and building strong relationships with partners. You will oversee shifts, train new hires, and foster a team-oriented environment. With Capstone’s rapid growth, leadership opportunities may come sooner than expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate rates with carrier representatives
Oversee site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
Manage daily financial records and reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
Enforce company policies and safety protocols
Conduct safety meetings and monitor compliance
Assist in budgeting and workforce scheduling
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse associates
Maintain accurate data entry and payroll records

Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership experience in an industrial setting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to train, mentor, and lead warehouse teams
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
Operate material handling equipment safely
Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Preferred Experience:

Background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
Degree in a related field is a plus but not required
Proven track record in hiring, training, and managing teams
