Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, purchasing, product delivery, inventory control, budgeting, and staff supervision.

  • Develop and implement efficient methods for materials handling, stock control, and packaging to improve service and reduce costs.

  • Ensure warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical parts experience strongly preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED with 6+ months of related experience/training (or equivalent).

  • Strong PC skills, product knowledge, and excellent verbal/written communication.

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and have interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and current DOT Medical Certificate required.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping.

  • Lifting:

    • Continuous: 1–20 lbs.

    • Frequent: 21–50 lbs.

    • Occasional: 51–100 lbs. (buddy-lift/mechanical device recommended).

  • Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $27–$33/hr.
