In this full-time, permanent PM shift role (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), you’ll lead by example, coordinating warehouse operations, driving productivity, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

Plan and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality KPIs

Lead team performance with a focus on pick accuracy and safety

Champion continuous improvement across procedures, equipment, and operational controls

Identify and address training needs while managing disciplinary matters as needed

Ensure pallet and stock organization to maintain a clean and efficient working environment

Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus
Skills & Experience for the Warehouse Team Leader Role
To succeed as a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll need:

Problem-solving ability and a data-driven mindset

Strong communication and assertive leadership skills

Familiarity with IT tools (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems

Knowledge of health and safety best practices—IOSH certification preferred
