Warehouse Worker Job Summary & Core Duties
As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll be involved in critical warehouse tasks that ensure smooth logistics operations:

Load, unload, receive, scan, and sort packages

Use heavy machinery where required (training provided)

Pick products accurately and pack them securely

Verify orders and prepare items for shipment

Handle returns, inspect incoming stock, and update inventory

Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow compliance procedures

Create shipping labels and maintain accurate records
This role may also include arranging carrier pickups and responding to service inquiries.
Skills Needed to Succeed as a Warehouse Worker
To be successful as a Warehouse Worker, you’ll bring:

A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent (preferred)

Some warehouse experience (preferred but not required)

Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week
